AAA Scholarship – Details, Requirements and How to Apply

AAA Scholarship Foundation is an education support program. This it does by managing initiatives that provide students financial empowerment options for their education. The average AAA Scholarship recipient must, however, be a member of a minority ethnic group who lives in a high-crime neighborhood with a struggling single parent or caregiver. Over 80% of these kids receive AAA scholarships at the start while residing in homes with average earnings at somewhere around 200 percent of the government’s poverty line.

This scholarship program comes to the rescue because many students are performing beneath grade level, failing at their former school, or doing both and definitely need help. Parents are worried about the future of their kids and hence search for practical solutions

They are looking for an environment that will push their kids academically, change social norms, and potentially have a bad lifelong influence. This is where the AAA Scholarship Foundation comes to the rescue. The Scholarship programme is designed to improve the poor conditions in which many kids from impoverished homes learn, the people they interact with, and the unpleasant, foreseeable effects of academic failure.

AAA Scholarship Foundation gathers the funds it disburses for this scholarship from legally mandated tax credit financial assistance across several states of Arizona, Florida, Georgia, and Nevada which are the key target areas for the scholarship.

Requirements

Only kids aged 5 to 19 are eligible for the scholarships (or grades K 12). Students may be displaced, disabled, or low-income. More than 85% of scholarships, based on the AAA Foundation, are awarded to students whose family income is at or under 185 percent of the federal poverty level.

How to apply

Before Applying

Households must submit the application form from the AAA Scholarship Foundation by the deadline and any required supporting materials to demonstrate their eligibility for the Scholarship award. Both the state and AAA standards for the households must be met.

Following Submission

Initial processing of entries may take up to 10-12 weeks following submission during the busiest seasons of the year. If more information or proof is required to make a decision, AAA Scholarship Foundation will contact you. Please frequently check your email box and the progress of your application. You will receive an email if your account is “On Hold.” Please reply by the date specified in the email.

Once a decision has been made

You will be contacted by mail and notified of the body’s decision in 4-6 weeks after you must have submitted ALL the necessary materials, paid the enrollment fee (if applicable), and completed your AAA Scholarship Foundation processing.

The following will be given to qualified households who have already received funds for the following year:

  1. A School Commitment Form (SCF) for income-based scholarships and a letter of the award is sent to recipients by mail, both from AAA.
  2. For the Florida Gardiner Scholarship exclusively, a duplicate of all payment options and instructions will be sent to you by mail directly from AAA.

If you are found to be ineligible, AAA will send you a refusal notice in the mail. If you meet the requirements, you must affirm that you want the scholarship.

Acceptance Rate

Additional Info

AAA scholarship runs four times a year. If the verifying report is submitted by the due date, AAA will then distribute one-fourth of the scholarship award as a check payable to the parent or guardian, but only academic support of the student. The parent or guardian would thus hand over the check or deposit it with the school.
