Paper Submission Guidelines
You are invited to submit full papers related to any of the Conference sub-themes before June 16, 2017. Two types of paper submissions will be accepted: Scientific research papers and Industry experience reports or case studies. The Scientific research papers should describe original results that have not been submitted or published elsewhere.
- The paper should be in MSWord and should not exceed 10 pages of A4 size.
- The IEEE format for conference papers can be downloaded from www.ieee.org/nigeria.

Important Dates
Paper Submission: June 16, 2017
First round reviews sent to authors: July 31, 2017
Author Corrected Paper due: August 15, 2017
Paper Acceptance Notification: August 31, 2017
Paper Review and Publication
All submitted technical papers will be peer-reviewed. Accepted papers with full conference registration will be in the conference proceedings (which will be available during the conference). Papers that meet IEEE standards will be published in IEEEXplore digital library.
