An organization involved with promoting astute Church administrative practices in Nigeria is looking to hire an Administrative Manager. (He) will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, directing and coordinating activities consistent with goals, objectives, and policies of the organization.

Job Description
- Prepare and submit weekly expenditure schedules (requisitions) for general office management and operational activities for management approval.
- Prepare monthly financial report and statement for review.
- Liaise and negotiate with companies, donors, contractors and service providers to ensure services are rendered in line with set standards and when due.
- Manage members’ data and information according to global best practices; and maintain a non-polarized management system.
- Assist in the recruitment, selection and orientation of staff and every other employment assignments.
- Coordinate records and attend to internal and external correspondences (generating business letters e.g. proposals)
- Plan, implement and coordinate events (seminars, trainings, conferences, general meetings) and projects of organization.
- Responsible for the operations, sanitation and management of office and the maintenance of equipment to achieve the efficient running of the work environment.
Any other duties or tasks assigned by the President, Registrar, and Members of the Governing Council or their designate from time to time.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate (HND/BSc) in Social Sciences/Humanities or related discipline
- 1-2 years’ experience in administration
- Strong interpersonal and managerial skills
Salary Offer: N40,000 – N50,000
Location is at Ikeja, Lagos so applicants living in the Ikeja area will be preferable.
