S*x Scandal: Apostle Suleiman Reacts to Alleged Lover’s Pregnancy, Calls Her a ‘Serial Blackmailer’ Seeking N500m
The Omega Fire Ministries has released a statement denying that the General Overseer of the church, Apostle Johnson Suleiman has a hand in the arrest and detention of one Miss Stephanie Otobo by the police last Friday, March 3, 2017.
We reported earlier today that the founder and General Overseer of the Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle Johnson Suleiman, was been accused of dumping his pregnant lover, Miss Stephanie Otobo, whom he promised marriage, and is using the police to silence her.
In a new statement signed by Phrank Shaibu, the Omega Fire Ministries has denied that Apostle Johnson Suleiman has denied that there was a so-called amorous relationship between the said Miss Otobo and the General overseer, and also denied the Pastor’s hand in the arrest and detention of the lady by the police last Friday, March 3, 2017.
The Toronto, Canada-based female singer, Stephanie Otobo, is presently in the police net allegedly for leading a 5-man gang to demand N500 million from famous Nigerian preacher, Apostle Johnson Suleman.
The statement from the church alleged that the lady who claimed that Apostle Suleman was her lover and that he promised him marriage was found to belong to a cartel
Comprising four male members who were identified as serial blackmailers by the police. Stephanie was said to have been arrested about two weeks ago by the IG of Police Intelligence and Monitoring Unit alongside one Wisdom who is said to be the gang leader. The culprits are said to be talking to detectives at the Force Headquarters, Abuja, on their involvement in the alleged racket.
Lagos lawyer, Festus Keyamo, according to the church statement, backed Stephanie and her gang claiming that the lady was his client while he allegedly insisted that the Apostle pay her the said sum.
On investigating, the statement reads further, it was discovered that the lawyer was sympathetic to the gang’s cause given his desperation and open aggression to force their illegal demand.
Phrank Shaibu said the lawyer was misled into believing that there was an amorous relationship between Apostle Suleiman and the said Miss Otobo, pointing out that the lady was caught up by her own machinations as she was arrested while trying to withdraw money paid into her account by the Church in a sting operation coordinated by the police.
“Unknown to Keyamo, the police was alerted following several attempts by the said lady to blackmail Apostle Suleiman. The police also recorded her conversations making the frivolous demand. The highpoint of the drama was her attempt to withdraw money paid into her account at the instance of the police.
“The lawyer should know that his client was arrested by the police with abundance of evidence confirming that she is indeed a serial blackmailer”, he said.
