Akwa Ibom News – Information reaching us has it that the Magistrate Emmanuel Archibong of Magistrate Court 2 in Uyo has granted bail to the Publisher of the INK Newspaper, Comr. Nsibiet John.
Conditions: N250, 000, one surety in like sum, whose residence must be within jurisdiction of the court, and must be a journalist.
The matter has been adjourned to February 13, 2017.
