VConnect Business Registration. See the step-by-step guide on How To Register Your Business On VCONNECT.COM and get more exposure for your business.
VConnect is a local search engine and an information service provider company located at Surulere, Lagos, Nigeria. VConnect Global Services Ltd., founded in 2010, provides information about various products, services and companies in Nigeria. As a business owner, it would be productive to list your business or website on Vconnect .
You can easily get clients on vconnect, you can place your adverts on any products and services provided it is valid. One good thing about vconnect is that it is free of charge but you can upgrade to a paid service.
2. You would need to login into your vconnect account (if you have already) or sign up for an account. You can also signup using google+ and facebook.
(a) For signup enter your email id and click on continue
Enter your Full Name and Password field. To be sure about your password, click on show and note it down if needed. No worries if you don’t note it down as well as you can click on forget password any time and change your password.
(b) If you have a vconnect account already click on “Login to Register”.
Enter your email id and password and click on Login or Login using Facebook or Google+ account.
3. Registration page requires you to fill in basic information like your Business name, Business email address and password. Click here to get started. If you are working for business or you are owner of the business then leave “I work for the business” as it is. If you are customer of business then click on that toggle it. When you register as a business, you will be redirected to claim your business, if not, you receive a thank you message.
If we find similar business same as your business name or using same phone number we show Similar business information. Check these businesses before clicking on Next
On the right hand side we have a google maps as well. In case the default location based on the address you have given is not correct you can drag and drop the pin.
In next screen you will have some optional information to enter (which you can enter and update from inside dashboard at anytime after you complete step 4). Click on Submit or Skip. If you would like to check any details in previous screen, press back.
(4) To claim a business, you’ll receive verification email with a link to your business profile. The business profile page requires details like business name, business address, business type, company size, pictures of the business and working hours. When you are done filling in the details, it shows you your business page complete with a mini map at the right side of the page to help customers find you.
After filling the registration form, wait for at least 2 days to receive a phone call from VCONNECT representative. The rep will ask to confirm vital information about your business, like contact address, what the company does etc. In fact, when I registered my freelance company EDESON INFOTECH, after receiving the call I have to wait for another one week before they eventually listed my company on their website. I thought they won’t list my company because it took longer time than I expected.
So be patient if yours wasn’t listed after one week of registration, they could still be verifying your information.

Go to www.vconnect .com Search for your company name or service you render .
If you have been registered, your company profile will display as result.
