Presiding Judge of the Federal High Court has adjourned the ongoing case of IPOB Leader Nnamdi Kanu to March 20th and 21st
At the hearing today, counsel to Kanu informed the court of an application by the defendant to squash the charges against him.
Ifeanyi Ejiofor said that the proof of evidence submitted before the court by the prosecution lacks ingredients of the charges against him.

The presiding judge of the federal high court Abuja Binta Nyako stated however stated that 5 of the charges still holds and will be deliberated upon by the court.
“I have three separate applications before me, except that of the third defendants,” judge Binta Nyako read in her ruling.
However the court adjourned the case to be open again on MARCH 20th AND 21st
