Chelsea facing Costa legal war
Diego Costa’s lawyer has vowed to “hold Chelsea accountable” for forcing the striker out of the club.
Ricardo Cardoso has threatened legal action and a transfer request after the champions vetoed a loan move to AC Milan, ahead of his January return to Atletico Madrid.
Cardoso said: “We will use all legal mechanisms to hold Chelsea accountable for this behaviour, making it possible for Diego Costa to leave.”
Antonio Conte will not have Costa near his squad, having axed the striker by text two months ago. The Spain star trained alone in Brazil while the Blues were on pre-season in the Far East according to the mirror.co.uk
